Oversight

In some sensitive cases, two parties in a property transaction may each have their own consultants. In these situations, Ceres Associates provides personnel to monitor and record the activities of the other consultant or to represent the client=s interests during field work by collecting duplicate samples and providing quality control. Following field activities, Ceres Associates will review the report of the other consultant for its overall accuracy and completeness.
