Fixed Price Remediation

At a certain stage of some projects, after a reasonable amount of assessment work, Ceres Associates can often offer a fixed price to obtain regulatory closure for a contaminated property. The project is then guaranteed against regulatory reopening and backed by insurance. Typically, the cost of remediation is $5M or more before a fixed price remediation program is considered.
