Syed Haque, Director of Engineering, is an expert in waste management, including landfill sighting, design, construction and operation, composting, and recycling. His technical expertise, unyielding desire to improve local environments, and entrepreneurial zeal have been the driving force of the company’s international expansion.
Ceres Associates’ senior biologist, Ricardo Villasenor, has over 27 years experience as a consulting biologist, principal investigator, and agency liaison for biological and natural resource management issues of large-scale environmental impact statements (EISs) and local environmental impact reports (EIRs). Mr. Villasenor is well-versed in federal and state permitting processes and is trained and skilled in conducting rare plant and animal surveys, vegetation and wildlife habitat mapping, and a variety of analysis techniques.
